Our stay at the resort was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean 2 bedroom/2 bath villa. The pool was amazing, and the kids had a blast playing pool and enjoying the on-site restaurant and bar. Despite the rain, we still had a wonderful time and made wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Had a fantastic Christmas family vacation here! The location was perfect, with lots of nearby shops, restaurants and theme parks. The rooms were sparkling clean and well-furnished, with lovely pool views and a large patio. We enjoyed the awesome pool, and our kids had a great time playing pool in the game room. The food and drinks from the on-site bar and restaurant were delicious, and we loved the convenience of not having to go too far to eat.
Having to wait until the usual check-in time, even though we arrived early in the morning. But, we fully understand they have to prepare the room for the next guest.

We loved our city break stay! the villa was incredibly clean and exceeded our expectations. the pool and pool table were extremely popular with our kids. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on-site. the location was perfect as it was close to Universal and stores for shopping.
Our trip was dampened by the constant rain. We also wish we could have checked in earlier as our flight arrived in the morning.

The vacation rental exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa which was spotlessly clean. the facilities were great with a lovely, large pool, an on-site restaurant and bar, and close proximity to Universal and stores. We enjoyed the mature plantings around the pool and the convenience of the day spa. the extra-large screened patio was a bonus.
The rain put a damper on our vacation.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The hotel facilities were really outstanding. The pool was wonderful and we used it every day during our stay. Also, the restaurant and bar were great, we enjoyed some delicious drinks there. On the top of that, the location was very convenient for us as we could easily access the nearby stores and Universal.
Everything was spot on.
